men's camp 2018
Men’s Camp is a time to get away from the everyday activities, seek God in a fresh way and fellowship with other men. Our speaker will give spiritual encouragement and challenge us through stories and teachings about what it means to walk out our faith in everyday life. It’s also a time to hang out with other guys, be outdoors, and participate in optional activities such as camping, fishing, range and skeet shooting, canoeing, paintball, football, and hiking.
Men’s Camp is designed to offer a variety of experiences for men from all different walks of life. Make plans to join us!

CAMP SPEAKER Pastor Bob Vander Meer is a counselor with Pure Desire Ministries in Oregon. He’s also a Pastor at The Oregon Community and is a founder and Board Member of the Oregon Public House. Additionally, he’s the owner of the Woodlawn Swap n Play (a co-op family playspace).
FAILURE ISN’T THE END OF THE STORY… Life can be full of failures. The question is: How do we respond to our failures? Will we allow the Lord to teach us, guide us, and make us stronger and more firmly rooted? Or will we wallow in the mud, hopeless and paralyzed with fear?
At this year’s Men’s Camp, Pastor Bob Vander Meer will share his story with us. It’s the story of a man who lost everything and yet in the wake of disaster chose a path of vulnerability and humility that has led to an empowered life of freedom. As Bob puts it:
“My story has lots of ups and downs, strikes and gutters. There is complete failure in my story, fraud, redemption and hope. In all of it I can say that, “by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15.10)”
Please join us at this year’s Men’s Camp where we’ll learn together exactly why failure isn’t the end of the story…
